Bowen has two grocery stores in the lower Sung Cove Village. The Ruddy Potato focuses on organic and free trade items. They have a newish addition that has ready to eat small meals, espresso, and baked goods. The grocery store has a lot of variety for a small store. If you can get your hands on one of their pre-baked Guinness and beef pies, do it!

Lots of variety. Good freindly staff. A good selection of bread/buns/cheeses/fresh vegtables and some locally cooked meal items. Also assortment of cold drinks.
