    My wife and I both agree this is our favourite restaurant in greater Vancouver. Being on quaint, lovely Bowen island certainly doesn't hurt but it's hardly the main selling point. We'll start with the most important aspect of any restaurant, the food. The standards - the pizzas and assorted pastas, salads etc - are all delicious and well worth your order (it's seriously good pizza) . But the specials are where you can really see the kitchen staff spread their wings. The Moroccan chicken I had tonight was PHENOMENAL. But everything they do from salads to desserts is just delicious with excellent presentation. The atmosphere is equally lovely and weather/availability allowing, I highly recommend the charming patio. We've always had over and above service as well. Perhaps everyone on Bowen seemingly being friendly helps here. Our server tonight, Sarah, was charming, exceedingly helpful and well equipped to volley appropriately cheeky banter with my wife and I. Once again, one of our most fun and fondest dinners out. The rest of the staff, including our hostess (who we later found out was also the owner) were also charming and friendly. We'll be back.

    Delicious. It was well worth the walk up the hill to experience one of the delicious cafe mochas I've ever had. Can't recommend Cocoa West high enough if you're a chocolate fan.
